Antonio Banderas joined Jennifer Lopez in the independent thriller, Bordertown.

The movie, Set on the US/Mexico border, tells the tale of a journalist investigating a series of murders that take place in the vicinity of US-owned factories in the region.

The movie is a thriller and Lopez is apparently going to play a reporter who heads to a Mexico Bordertown, Juarez in order to investigate a series of slayings involving factory women from all over mexico, wherein she will team up w/ former flame played by Banderas. The film is said to have came from a terrifying true story. There's is a serious problem with factory workers being tortured and murdered in Mexico.

JLo really did well on this film,so did Antonio Banderas.. but the 1 person with the really noticeable acting here is the girl who played Eva..she's pretty & she realy acts well. very reaistic & heartwarming.

Eva is the mexican-indian, teen-factory worker who was raped & burried alive by her attackers & she crawled out of her own grave. So imagine all the emotions: trauma, fear hatred,pain...it all shows in her eyes..too bad i wasn't able to get her name.

The movie is really informative & i think it's really good!

The selection on this album's good...but it's juz lacking a lot of the"umph" factor...i mean HELLO?! it's supposed to be club music for cryin out loud it needs to have louder beats..more techno-ish...i mean i like the songs that are in the album but hearing those songs in this album is really a far cry from hearing 'em in a bar.

Coffee or tea? Well this is the kind of music i used to refer to as "parang nasa hotel lobby" music. Pero i really like it coz it's really relaxing perfect for times when you'd juz wanna relax & unwind wit a good cuppa coffee or tea as well as when you're juz home alone & all you wanna do is chill out.

It's somehow a sad story about college love that has a different happy ending.

A really nice story about fallin in-love ,breaking-up,havin to deal with it,taking risks & falling in love again. I like the way the story had been put togather coz it made me feel a bit lighter, having come from a break up myself. It gave me hope that sometimes maybe sooner or later i am somehow gonna get over this...well i hope...& i do like the quizzesthough not really all of 'em are applicable to me...ehehe well juz to take note of sum part that might be helpful...

The Anatomy of a Breakup...
it involves:

~Denial, followed by desperate bid to get back together involving promises to do everything to make him happy
~Severe loss of sleep, appetite and self-esteem
~Acute paralysis - or maybe death - of good judgment
~Compulsive tendencies to document every event, feeling and fantasy in manner of reporter trying to make sense of things
~More compulsive tendencies to over-examine relationship carcass and over-analyze cause of death as couple
~Getting a life

Well must say this book helped me a lot...the only thing is.. it only helped me realize that i already do know what to do after a break up, that the solution to my problems had already been starin me at the face & that i already am doin the right stuff...it's like "tell me something i don't-already-know" . But still it really did helped me.

well, accdg. to this book there's this "post-relationship limbo" you need to to survive in order to get on with your life:

~The constant questioning, "Why? Why? Why?"
~The every hour, on-the-hour sobfest until your tear ducts run dry
~The urge to call him at three in the morning
~The urge to call him and say nothing (you just want to hear his voice...sob!)
~The urge to call him names
~The zero-energy days (or weeks, or months) when you just want to stay in bed and listen to senti music
~The Depression Diet where you can't eat anything (or, worse, all you can eat is ice cream)
~The absolute loss of self-esteem when you begin to think that he stopped loving you/cheated on you/changed his mind about being with you because you put on some weight/acquired wrinkles/lost your sense of humor/ are ugly.

well juz thought of putting them here to tkae note of 'em...
